Why is it that every other scout can out run an Amarr scout despite our "awesome" bonus to stamina and stamina regen? Also, why the f*ck can a medium suit(slavematar assault) out run us? Dust gurus, please give an answer.

Didn't think it was supposed to be faster, just able to keep a constant sprint. Even the light suit does that for me. Works well when you want to stay on the move and not have to cool down or give up slots for biotics vs. armor.
Amarr do armor. Looks lie they planned that even for the scout. Plates slow the Amarr down but, you get to keep a constant sprint to make up for it.

It really is a terrible bonus in short distances or very long distances.
Short distances all other scouts (and Min Assault) easily outpace you.
Long distances all the above get so far ahead that they can regen all the stamina by the time the Amarr catches up.
It's OK at medium distances because the other scouts cannot regen all their stamina so the Amarr can actually gain some ground and even surpass the other scouts. |

After that, come back to me. There is absolutely nothing useful that Amarr does better than any other scout. If you want armor go Gallente, it's better in every way.

Than again so does Minmatar while have a not crap bonus and being able to shield tank which is much better for scouts.
