They struggle to deliver a proper next-gen experience with the Potato Station 4. But they can and will deliver a media player that can run 4K video! Well, isn't that just ******* dandy?

Underperforming from the getogo. And before someone makes some comment about how it take time for developers to figure out how to optimize the games for consoles, I would be inclined to agree if we were talking about the Cell architecture and not AMDs 'Jaguar' that has its roots in the x86 architecture that has been around for 30 years. |

I am indeed a member of the illustrious PC Master Race, follower of the one true prophet GabeN! 
Seriously though, I have to disagree because while I am a PC gamer, that will always recommend people to go with a PC over a console, I really couldn't care less what console or device you prefer because that is your prerogative.
As to why I am upset at Sony, I am upset because it feels they vastly overestimated what the AMD Jaguar is capable of actually running. In retrospect, I think they should have blatantly copied Valve's Steambox design and built a console with separate thermal chambers with a dedicated GPU solution because then you have the 1080p at 60 frames experience. |
