Will anything be done about the imbalance? I do not understand why their must be certain aspects of this game with no down side?! Rail rifle still has no disadvantage, and it's nurf was a nurf for every other rifle as well?! The cloak needs a second look and a considerable nurf. It doesn't actually show the scouts until they have already killed you. They all are assault players now taking heavies head on. They can also wear armor plates and stack armor as high as 700 while still running 8 mps?! How is that fair to other players? Scouts, like heavies, should have weapon types. Heavy suits or actual sentinel suits should not be able to use light weapons in heavy slots. Logis and scouts should only use side arms and scout weapons since their skill in battles reside elsewhere. Scouts should only be able to wear ferro scale plates as their small frame is built for speed. Where on that suit would you put a plate that a heavy wears, and still run at that speed while the heavy can not do the same? My only true complaint since playing this game is the imbalance. 1.7 strengthened tanks, but left ground troops practically defenseless?! 1.8 unleashed the racial fits for all races in scout and heavy frame! That was awesome! However, with this the scouts became assault players?! They don't snipe, hack, or hide like scouts. They are in the thick of battle trading blows with heavies and assaults, and winning!
Bring back the advantage of team tactics! Sure scouts can drop remotes and decimate an entire squad, but now their actually attacking whole squads with rifles head on?! Is that balance? Now imagine a whole squad of them, and you can see why the whole map is red in skirmish. Whole teams refusing to fight because they can't even spawn into the game without being attacked by cloaked scouts?! A scout can the same armor and shield as an assault player, kill you at delta, and meet you at charlie?! Why run anything else when the scout with a cloak and combat rifle is the answer to all your problems?
Advantage, disadvantage! Advantage, disadvantage! Why do blaster tanks get to rep their shields and/or armor so fast while having the fire rate of an assault rifle with the range of a sniper rifle? Some can rep all their armor/shield before I can charge my forge gun or lock on with swarms?! The missile and rail tanks are actually built for tank on tank combat. They aren't built to take on troops, but the blaster is just easy mode for the player who has no ground game. I now have a militia rail setup just for fighting tanks. Tired of being camped at my ever so intelligent smart deploy by multiple blaster tanks in ambush?!
Just want everything to have a downside, and tanks and scouts don't right now. Can it be fixed?
