The flaw that I see is that the more real time and hardcore the rules are, the less players will be able to play it. Of course this is a game and it requires us to make alliances all around the world to have a power house, but like you both say, individually its hard once power topples on either side to get it back unless the player base is large enough that the percentage of people with RL becomes irrelevant.
I ask because I am making a game with 24h conquest mode and as soon as I told my team I wanted that almost all of them raised the question... what happens to my stuff while I sleep ? If a game becomes too much of a hindrances in a life, chances are your player base will shrink... So I asked for feed back cause lower player base means lower income from the game... low income pulls the plug on the projet... any comment on this ?

12:00 timer isnt even your "primetime"
I see more Nyain San "A" teamers invading my 6-10 O'Clock central american time ambushes than any other time zone I've played in (I used to play often from the 12:00 timer all the way to the 10:00 timer often before fan fest)

I say nothing to the criticism for our strategy
ButpÇÇWe won the districts by attack at their timer.
Some was early morning in Japan,we had to get up with alarm clock.
Some was noon in Japan,we spent our holiday to fight.
Those were difficult tasks but we achieved.
That is why now those districts are set at JP time.
Past, those districts were set the best time of their owner.
Now,ours.
We think its fair.

They did take them from our timers and I don't blame them for changing it to theirs. Anyone of us would do the same. I agree with you Mavic.
