NS will not be what it is today in Legion. That is a fact.
Mistakes were made, boxes left unchecked etc.
NS is carried by the simple fact of timers, I don't even consider them A team quality anymore

Oh, no rules need to be placed, even if PC has the same mechanics in legion. I will personally, and the ppl I run with, make sure the mess that is NS will never happen again. Honestley, don't take it personally NS, but it is is absurd that I need to alarm clock too fight people at your level.

Heres the point brah, with NS current skill level you should not hold the land you do and that is based on the timer system.
