Since you are giving away districts, could you give some to a corp with over 5 members and possibly one that is active in the community?
I don't mean HvLP although that is not a bad idea. We see what you are doing man.
Here is my list that I compiled just off the top of my head. If you wanted to be a sweetheart, pass one of those districts to one of these corps listed below:
Prof V, Dark Legion, GIANT, KEQ*, Latino Killers, Molon Labe, Gunfall Mobilization, Pandemonium*, Cap Acq, DDB, Gods Among Men, dystopian, HvLP, TSOLE, Onslaught, Subsonic, 843Burgzz, Generals, DethDealers, Hells Gate of Awakening, Science for Life, War Ravens and anyone that was on PFC before they were ousted. Can be a district anywhere, just a district
