No need for aim assist. You should be able to use a controller and customize the buttons however you like but even with AA you're still probably going to get stomped. Nerfing the KBM to make the few players who actually want to use a controller in a PC game happy doesn't make sense.
This is a PC game not console. Use the KBM. If you've already got a PC that will be able to run this game, you should already be familiar with the KBM.

IF CCP where smart and they wanted to attract new players then they should accommodate people that want to use controllers and make sure they are equally matched like battlefield 4 has.

That may be somewhat true for console games. It's the complete opposite of true when it comes to PC games.
