The closest thing we have to that here is the Assault Combat Rifle on the Minmatar Commando.

The Minmatar Heavy frames aren't necessarily slow, and fitting a KinCat will get you back to Medium Frame speed (if you desire), and the Assault Combat Rifle has a 65 round clip with extremely high ROF.

Its exactly like an LMG.

Well your either looking for the assault scrambler rifle or the assault RR.

that's the thing I havent played MAG in over 2 & a half years but still miss it lmao, basically I have made like 20+ Test chars all trying out the different weapons & not a single one just "FEELS" right

I think this is the big problem, I REALLY appreciate you all trying to help btw, it's just I am sick of trying to "get close" & compromise, the Machine gun is a super effective modern day combat weapon for with stopping power & suppressive fire so surely it stands to reason that they should have machine guns in the EVE universe right ? I don't want a gun that "is similar" I want a game that starts off like a machine gun as standard & then only gets better when wielded with certain drop suits & when adding skill points to it.

I am not having a go, just wish things where different is all :(

If DUST is the first shooter you have ever played that doesn't have a Light Machine Gun, I get the sense you have not played many shooters.

Anyway, you are just pining for a game that you played for a long time that is now gone more than you wanting a LMG. You even mentioned that the Assault Combat Rifle was close but didn't look like it so it was getting to you. Not much else can be said in that regard that you are looking for something that DUST has some analogies of but can't live up to what you want.

I would try an Amarr or Minmatar Heavy and throwing Kin Cats in the lows. You sprint pretty fast with those suckers. A Minmatar Sentinel with a complex Kin Cat sprints faster than an Amarr Logistics with no modules. Two Kin Cats, so an Advanced Minmatar Sentinel, pushes it to 7.44 meters a second which is faster than all Assaults aside from Minmatar. However, if they put in Armor plates, you will move faster. You will be squishie but will run quite fast and have a machine gun.

BK CR, or the SIX KIN COMBAT RIFLE. You had to already have tried these no?

There is no LMG class though unfortunately.

uuhhh shoot there is an officer assault rifle with a higher than average ammo count you could combine that with a plated minmatar assault and you might get the feel you're looking for. kala's assault rifle maybe? it wouldn't be a cheap fit though.

I have never actually used any Officer grade weapons lol, never even found 1

Some have speculated that the Laser Rifle is supposed to be a sort of Amarrian MG.
