legion is not the next evolution of dust.
it's the next evolution of ccp turning into just another game company.
we came here to dust because there was not to be a sequel. we're tired of sequels.
legion will be released into closed beta for a year after the game is in development for a year. the dust universe will receive no updates during that time.
and i quote: "we'll look at it again in a few years..."
they killed a game with a GROWING player base, and what do they keep promising? "more players... more players..."
where are these 'moar players' going to come from?

If all this bullcrap has proven anything, it's that we're ALL replaceable. But keep on setting yourself up for a massive letdown man, what could go wrong? You do realize at this point, that you're posting at a bunch of EVE players that have lived through this crap before? Its Incarna on a less shtty scale. You shrug your shoulders and wiat to see what they do game wise to fix it. So far, theyre batting like 5 for 5 on expansions after Incarna. No Incarna was a f-up on the pricing of barbie doll accessories and Hilmar writing a letter saying "actions speak louder than words". This is outright lying, false advertising, cancelation of an entire game, going in raw without the courtesy of a reach around, horrrible horrible stuff. I mean getting people to spend their freaking vacations getting punched in the balls 4k miles away from home?? Incarna is a joke next to this.
moreover incarna was not a protest because they had announced eve online 2. they had not announced that eve online's development team had been transferred to another project. they had not announced that there would be no content for three years.
