Just because you want a easy way to tell people telling CCP that moving from console to PC was a bad idea.
First of all:
- EVE players knew of no project related to DUST 514 until its announcement on Fanfest 2009 which clearly stated it would be a console release. The reactions were good.
- Their money was given to CCP in subscription to play EVE, not because they heard of a upcoming MMOFPS by CCP.
Secondly:
- Us console players played DUST 514 in the hope it would continue on console not be ported over completely to PC leaving the console game with no content updates etc.
- We were paying, hoping it would release on a next gen console or evolve on the PS3, yet again read the first point - its not like EVE players knew of a new CCP project and kept subscribing monthly hoping it would release on PC.
Now you can stop saying it was CCPs mistake in pissing off there loyal PC gamers who unwillingly paid for the development of console MMOFPS. Because no, the development team did not pick off of the EVE DEV Team and neither did it stop CCP from improving EVE and adding more content. Only 2 Devs from eve (Atli and the other guy) and the 100+ rest from Shanghai worked on dust.

But neither did they know CCP was developing dust or another project, they subbed because they wanted to play EVE not fund a MMOFPS they thought would be on PC when in actual fact, they knew nothing about another game at all.

We just need to hear it directly from Rouge that he has confirmed a PS4 port and all will be good, all, but now I heard of this SSO thing earlier today, my doubts of a PS4 port are very high.

Well then IWS since you restored a little bit of my hopes, I hope for PS4 then even if it comes 6 months to a year after PC release.
