I would really rather not post private communications here that indeed prove that selling or giving away our districts was our plan. It is disrespectful to the other parties involved and would reflect poorly on me to do so.
After the fiasco at Fanfest I saw a Corporation (AE) that struggled to find any real purpose and a community that was "shattered and likely ever declining base of people". I also stated to others in DNS leadership that "I thought it might be time to take a look at breaking our near 100% to allow others in the game"
As a result I set in motion plans to give or sell our districts to friendly DNS corporations. We had thought to perhaps keep a planet for those whom wanted to keep playing. However, before finalizing I owed it to our CEO whom was on break due to the news at Fanfest the right to give a final "yes" or "no". I had spoken to him multiple times over the course of a few days on the phone, etc. and was awaiting his log on to give final approval when notice of the impending betrayel by Kain was given by our friends. We moved our district timers in the hope it would dissuade any attack so I could get something finalized.
You can believe me or you can not. Spin it how you want. I won't waste my time to respond. |

Yes, this is what I tried to accomplish.
To be fair Nyain San are our friends and they would have gotten their fair share of districts along with several of the Ex Renegade Corporations. We had fought together for many months with GoM, DDB, NS, and Cap Aq and we owed them that respect. |

There are no ifs, ands, or buttocks. The way it is now, we simply can't defend all of these districts, so they SHOULD be given to those who aid us and prove that they CAN.
