He means we're testing stuff for Legion that's in Dust 514 right now. Basically the same idea before fanfest of us being beta testers for a ps4 version of Dust 514.
Should Legion be on the ps4?

I can agree with the first half of what you said but not porting the game would just be a very bad business choice. But then again like many others have said this is CCP we're talking about.
