Some of them were leadership in Internal Error so I wonder what they learned about you that they despise you? Either way, AE is glad to be out of DNS and who knows maybe AE will join another alliance or free ball it. I also wonder if we will team up with everyone who hates you and possibly give them districts for free.

AE use to give out districts all the time before the ProV war and after that war, districts locking became rampant so we stopped giving out land because everyone just locked it to farm isk. Then AE continues to not give out land because of this "100%" plan and now that it is over, AE was thinking about giving out land but I guess Kane does not want that to happen.

You all know the truth, AE use to give out land often before this 100% plan and district locking happened.
