See whenever I read an actual serious post about bugs or balance issues or the like in the game and wonder why there is not a single CCP blue tag in sight, even for issues that have persisted for months and had many many people pleading for even just an acknowledgement from CCP, I wonder where all the CCP personnel that supposedly keep an eye on the forums are.
Now I know.
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

Now I know. Just because we don't reply to every single thread in existence on overall forums doesn't mean that we didn't read it. :)
Never once said I expected a reply to "every single thread in existence"... but way to get defensive ;)

You can't ask for an answer and then protest the way it is delivered especially when the way it is delivered is in no way you have characterized it.
A. I didn't ask a question in my first post.
B. I refer you to the "every single thread ever" part. If you can't see it, there is no point in going further with this conversation.
