To be fair, CCP as a company is under no obligations to tell us a damn thing, about anything. The fact that they've been fairly open and flexible with us in the past doesn't guarantee that they will do so in the present, or the future. (of course they've had their times of not being open or flexible, but again, that's their decision as a company)
That's the simple truth, and you can scream at CCP till you're blue in the face, but as a company they have the right to withhold or release as much, or as little information as they so desire.

They're giving me an Incubus BPO with all Proto turrets and modules as BPOs, with my own custom graphic for Legion.
It's a really sweet deal.

Damn, you got jipped bro. That actually reminds me, I'm also getting a Couch BPO for my quarters.
And yes.
I can sit on it, AND lay down on it.
They denied my request for exotic dancers though, it was almost a deal breaker but they said the best they could do was a nude CCP Guard and I just wasn't ready for that kind of a commitment.
