Dust/Legion Mercenaries invaded a ship in space. Whatever carrier ship it was landed on the ship's hull and burn a hole through for the mercs to enter. O.o really? I hope they add that to Legion instead of hyping it up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFTUazuGdTw

And it was just that, a trailer. This is pretty much the end of the discussion in regards to everything other than how pretty it was. Same thing with them showing Legion on stage really. It was quite pretty and it shows what CCP might hope to be but it is still just a trailer; about as promising and set in stone as a drunken cocktail napkin letter. don't think anyone watches eve trailers and expects it to be a reality anymore, I don't think any eve trailers has ever come into reality. that said all the trailers I've seen gives me great hope for their tv series. last i checked their TV series will be live-action, soe xpect poor-green screens and Flash Gordon levels of set-budget. If they just made a movie trilogy, each movie being LOTR in length, all CGI, itd be a box office smash, everyone would love it except sourpuss anti-scifi weirdos.
Season 1, if it's on somewhere like Syfy, will probably start off on a low budget but once it gains popularity, the budget for season 2 would rise.

Yup. Even movies fall under the same crap with trailers that present a fake plot or story.
