Here is a direct quote taken from the CCP website. I beg to differ with your "mission".
"CCP's mission is to attract and retain customers by providing top quality online entertainment. CCP does this by establishing and nurturing a trust relationship with customers both in terms of quality of content as well as quality of service."
If you find this statement in error CCP, please correct ASAP.

Its fine because they weren't absolute if notice the choice of words. They could be the shtest company on earth and that board would still be correct.
It'd be wrong if they put 'we DO make top quality entertainment'.

"Quality of service" is the last thing you guys at CCP have going right now. Quality of service is not encouraging customers to purchase items with real money in a last minute push for a game you have no intention of continuing development with. Let's be honest there also, all of you had a real good idea that had you revealed that Dust development was going to be ceased, the majority of people NEVER would have bought anymore Aurum or boosters, or at least to the extent that they did.
That's where my sticking point with CCP is right now. Not with the conversion to PC, but with the false statements issued within the last two months. The "laser focused" on the PS3 and the booster push.
