They'll "eventually" port Legion to ps4 when they feel "the game is ready" or "never".
In case they will, I'm just not going to play it: playing on console, forced to play fair, against aimbots and wall hacks. Yeah, sure....

What if they did what SoE is planning to do with PS2 and have separate servers with no connectivity? Have the PS4 version be able to connect with eve but not with the PC version of legion That is the only way I can see them being able to alleviate those concerns

You're over estimating how much this actually happens on the PC, and how little it happens on consoles- plus statistical systems like FairFight are getting better and better (these have the advantage of being pretty much immune to the whole cheat / anti-cheat aend race). I've been playing Titanfall on the PC since launch (with a DS3 by the way) and have yet to see a single cheat first hand.
Strange, cause I clearly remember the insane amount of Aimbots on BF3, there was even clans that pushed their players to buy / download one.
