Cons:
1. Its sort of hard to lie on my couch and play with a M/KB.....
2. Playing with a controller, if at all possible will be next to pointless.
3. If I am to get a PC for the sake of playing shooters, there are a multitude of games out there I'd rather play than CCP's Version of a shooter.
Cons of releasing it on a PC vs a PS4:
The Evetard part of the community, you know, those guys doing a lot of dying and too little "adapting", you will eliminate the most competitive part of this community, many MAG vets and vets from other shooters will not follow it over to PC. So gungame be damned, lets make some more spreadsheets....
FU and FU Dust community, you're mostly a bunch of moronic carebear crybabies. Get good.

Its needed when the developers have such nifty qualities to their game as "variable input lag" and variable character movement speed determined by connection. Man, just see the way Dust drops its frame rate when you have 10 players in a small area....
Stop confusing Developer issues With format (console) issues, they are not the same.
I take it as a given that you never played MAG....

There is a reason PC gamers like me played played BF4 and Titanfall for a few weeks before going back to playing Dust on the ps3, These games were lacking some of the things that makes Dust great, mainly the fear of death, Dust stimulated adrenaline in a different way because you also cared about not dying. A PC is much greater value for money for any gamer then a console, a ps3 gamer getting his first gaming PC will quickly realize this, If Legion is done right it will be the PC shooter I will be playing, being able to hurt other player or get hurt by them is under-rated in gaming and its one of the reasons people play Eve and to some degree Dust, not to mention long term conflicts, goals, grudges that dont really exist in other games, continuity instead of "same ****, new level cap", and 1 world 1 server is a MUST for me at this point, Once Dust players blackmail their first Eve corporation (or other Dust corporation) under threat of war/sabotage (and then betray them :)) They will be sucked into this kind "high stakes gaming" and will never leave, Dust on ps3 failed miserable at trying to realize this vision tho. Eve is about, speed, angles, signatures, tracking, preperation, deception and risk taking for me, not about spreadsheet!!
If you don't have a fear of Death in other shooters than Dust then thats completely your own issue. I don't care about dying any more in Dust than in other shooters, try counting your Dust isk in Bs and not Ms and you'll know what I mean.
And you need to pull your head out of whatever hole its currently in. "Greater value for Money"? Really? My current PC cost more than my PS3 did, in fact twice as much and I can hardly play any decent game on it at all....
You also wrote: "not to mention long term conflicts, goals, grudges that dont really exist in other games, continuity instead of..."
Yeah, we had nothing of this in MAG.
I'm sure CS players never experience any sort of consistency and long term rivalry etc....
Are you another one of these EVEtards that has played Dust and some other shooters for hours and then conclude that Dust is a superior shooter? Sure sounds like it to me.
If you'd played MAG competitively and been part of that community and forum QQ, I have a hard time seing you making these statements....
EVE is about tactical skill, "gungame" is virtually non excistent as far as I've been told. What makes one pilote better than the next in EVE? Please tell me, I really like to know....
Lastly, You Write: "Dust on ps3 failed miserable at trying to realize this vision tho."
Well that too. Dust has failed in the most basic of way, thats the most important part IMO. Even now, a year after launch, the game is filled With very basic bugs. Sometimes my character can't run at normal speed, it for some reason runs very slowly and I have to re engage. This is just one example. Have anyone here ever heard of a game where pressing the "run" button sometimes doesn't work properly? Its unheard of and shows CCPs skill at doing their job. Even after month of this bug we still haven't gotten as much as a acknowledgement from CCP as far as I know.
