Actually the ones looking like morons are people like you who continue to support CCP and state it publicly on forums. I don't want to be apart of a community who accepts that this is the way things have to be or this is ok to treat players this way. LOL your right the people that matter dont care about us because where alot harder to deal with as opposed to the its alright you can jump all over us crowd. |

I would like to be able to say that we will all be laughing at you when Legion goes live and everyone still has their stuff from DUST, and DUST still exists as Legion, but better in every way and on a permanent platform.

It's to each person as what way they want to protest the Fanfest treatment. I've no problem with the Legion on PC announcement, and am most definitely NOT going looking for any of the money I've spent on Dust back as I've had a ball for the last 1.9+ years I've played it, and still intend on playing it. I feel like I actually owe more money as I've gotten more than what I paid for
But people are more than justified in looking for a reimbursement of recent money spent on a product that had been claimed to have 100% Dev focus, since what they spent it on was given the middle finger during the event that was suppose to a celebration of ALL CCP's products, and during which one of the very few Dust relevant points told us that Dev support would be very limited for Dust from now on, and had been missing support for nearly 6 months.
Definitely defend your Corp against any slurs by others, but don't go using the alliance's victories as your Corp's personal victories in that defence. The forums have enough fools to go around, so lets not join them

So contacted my friend who is a manager at sony. He said for refunds just calling support wont cut it. The support reps and supervisors are just grunt workers and couldn't give a refund if they wanted to. They can submit a ticket but 99% of the time the supervisor just hits no.
He told me to call again, ask immediately to talk to someone in Tier 3 support in San Mateo. If they refuse to get their name (if you havent already) and call back do the same thing but if you want you can also report the last person you talked to because they have to transfer you upon request.
As for how I know this, im a playstation community MVP. Think of us as Sonys CPM except when we tell sony its a dumb ******* idea they listen |
