And normal is an inept developer grasping at straws trying to create a type of game that they just are not good at making. The platform is being switched, not the developer. PC does not equal balance, and pretty graphics won't fix the fotms that plague this game.

That's actually never been how CCP does business. And this whole DUST thing was bound to happen. PS3 couldn't be around forever, and it was a pipedream to think Sony would be easy to work with. One bad PR decision (the way in which it was announced) doesn't equal a pattern of willfully robbing their customers (as you make it seem... which isn't happening at all).
Sending DUST to console was a bold move that should have been more thought-out, and Sony is more to blame in this cockup. You lot are over-reacting. Stop using the official forums to hate campaign against the people you've been willfully buying from, and quit telling people to demand refunds.

You bought Aurum, yeah? Did you USE the boosters and items you purchased with the Aurum? Then you already got what you paid for. You can't demand all the money you've ever spent at Starbucks to be refunded just because one barrista let you down. Same concept applies here. Just because Sony is giving CCP the finger and letting you get *PARTIAL* refunds doesn't mean you're being vindicated.
Sony is cutting ties with CCP and is giving you back CCP's portion of the profits from Aurum purchases. They're still keeping their own cut, though. And you somehow think Sony isn't screwing you over? And you STILL amazingly enough, think that CCP is?

I'm impressed with how bound and determined you lot are to remain hideously offended. No amount of reason will dissuade you from it... convincing yourselves that every promise they make is a lie, nevermind the fact that Sony is still taking your money, and certainly don't pay any attention to the fact that your game will still exist on a different and better platform.

Funny thing is im sitting on over 6 months of boosters that i cant really use because there for a dieing game. I'm not asking for a refund of everything ive spent on this game but what i have spent within the last 3 months since they made there decision to kill the game off. I remember when they made the statement that they have a 10 year development plan for Dust514 and thats what we expected. During closed beta they said it would take us at least 8 years to max out all skills at that time, some actually planned on maxing out at some point.

Also, if you'd paid attention from the beginning, it was always assumed that DUST 514 would have an expiration date once the PS4 came out. I was never confident that it would cross over to the new system. You should have seen this coming like all of us so-called "PC gamer scrubs" did.

Legion doesn't even have a release date yet, and they will continue to develop DUST all the way up until the day they move it to PC. After that, your entire account will transfer over to Legion and guess what? You'll still have all that stuff you bought.

Demand the refund, and kiss that all goodbye. CCP will ban you, as they should, for demanding the refund.

Did you really think that Sony would continue to support the PS3 forever, just for one damn game? Hell no. And it will be far easier and more profitable to move it to PC rather than PS4.... especially considering that the PS4 has an expiration date and PC doesn't.

Sony is not going to continue to support a dead console for ten years because of ONE game they're not even making much money off of. Sony is who you should be blaming for this for not working with CCP on bringing DUST over to PS4.
