Like seriously? Who's gonna care about this, which is by the way a complete and utterly obvious ripoff of Star Wars to begin with, when the REAL clone warfare game comes out?
Hell, if it wasn't for this game, I would've never had an interest in Dust to begin with.
I remember the first tme seeing that black Caldari suit picture on PSN when I downloaded Dust...

I'm not expecting much out of the new Battlefront.
Pandemic Studios were the guys who did the first two and they're now totally defunct. EA and what's left of LucasArts is doing this one. I'm not optimistic at all.

Right? I can't wait to be bothered constantly by EA's obnoxious online marketing until 6 months into the game's life when I slowly lose access to the online features unless I give EA more money.
Disney ensured there won't be another good SW game when they gave the license to EA. |

Nope, Star Wars games are something I know really well as I have a ton of them. I still have Battlefront 1 and 2 for my Xbox (still have that too yet), and still play them.
Pandemic made those way back. They went defunct in 2009. Very sad.

As an EA game, if you don't go online you'll be locked out of singleplayer content to some extent. |

 I actually bought my PS3 thinking it would be compatible with BF2 and stupid Gamestop sold me the wrong one because it says "soz, cant play dis PS2 game bro" when I try. I don't remember why I didn't storm into that store and make them give me the right kind of PS3. But it's too late now.

It totally blew my mind. Also, Chris Evans plays a really nice, down to earth, super hero with a lot of integrity. Kind of what I always imagined Capt. America to be like. Handsome, charming, and empathetic. What's not to like?

Yeah, a lot of the Obi-Wan parts were good also. The Jango fight was especially cool to me because I have Star Wars Bounty Hunter, so I knew all of his backstory and the weapons he has. The Genosis fight with all the clones was pretty good too overall. That's why I loved Battlefront 1 and 2 so much. In some of the battles, you felt like you were just alive like in the movies. Very few video games do that anymore.

Since we're on the Battlefront topic, that's what I always tried to mention here in the forums always, that I wished Dust had stuff like in Battlefront 2 like boarding ships and fighting up in space and on the ground. It would've made this game so awesome.

If you think any scene in Return of the Sith was bad, at all, your opinion is wrong and everyone disagrees with you.
Yeah I'll admit Attack of the Clones was a little too "Anakin's hormonal rage" but Kamino was awesome, Geonosis was awesome, and Yoda VS Dooku was epic.
The Phantom Menace is the worst movie in the saga, but it has its charms. It did a great job of introducing the Trade Federation Droid Army, the Gungans weren't THAT bad, and the re-imagining of Coruscant was spectacular. But I will admit that Tattooine was boring and Naboo was the homeworld of the gayest, tackiest fashioned society ever spawned, which now that I think about it is absurd considering Palpatine was born there, and Yoda was ugly as sin.

No, no... You misunderstand...
The year we are in is 2014 (at time of writing), whereas you wrote the title of the thread as if it was 2015 or later.
Since it has not happened yet, use of past tense is incorrect. Future tense should be used.
Allow me to get the tense examples from Hawk and Yolo's writing guide (for the intrepid mind)

I miss my engineer, I'd always earn my fletchette reward shotgun.
I hated Recon Droid trolls though, hide by the ammo droids with a wookie, and spam droids. |

The so called chosen one lost to obi wan because of a bad jump? Garbage. The so called strongest warriors in the universe systematically wiped out in a single strike by some clones of a man who had recently just been embarrassed by mace windu? Trash. A lot of what happened in 3 would have served to be a better replacement for the junk Lucas felt the need to stretch into 2 WHOLE movies. More of the war, the order 66 and the exile of the remaining Jedi was a much stronger story point than Anakin crying and obi wan playing "space detectives" for a whole movie. Anyhow, most of the non movie media and material is much of the reason I actually even like star wars at all, and George Lucas has managed to sever ties with all that.
Tl Dr: star wars battlefront 2 is the best sci do shooter of all time lol

well, i liked ROTS. so whatever. i always figured he turned evil because Darth Plagueis created him for that purpose

Order 66 was a really solid part of the plot and I agree that it should have gotten more screen time. I feel like adding an extra hour to Episode WII could have easily made it the best in the series.
SWBF2 was amazing! I think SWBF1 had better maps though.
