Ok I know Eve: Legion is probably(96% sure unless a lot of upset bunnies convince CCP otherwise) coming out, but is still a year or two off. Dust 514 has its time along with the PS3 limited. So why not advance the Dust experience while you have it and make assets for Legion?
First return the removed vehicle assets.
-HAV Enforcers, Blackops, Marauders
-LAV Logi, Scout
-Dropship Logi
Enforcers medium health and medium speed but can bombard objectives from range(please remember I'm going off the definition of a Enforcers as long range bombardment platform)
-Enforcer Skill: +3% to large turret zoom fidelity per level
-Caldari Enforcer skill: +10 to large missile turret splash radius and missile velocity per level
-Gallente Enforcer skill: +10 to large railgun splash radius and reduction to railgun heat buildup per level. (please don't kill me)
Blackops low health, fast moving, ambush predators
-Blackops Skill: 2% to large turret damage per level
-Caldari Blackops Skill: -5% to Large missile turret reload speed per level
-Gallente Blackops Skill: -5% to Large Blaster turret heat buildup per level
Marauders High health, low speed, stand and deliver tanks
-Marauder Skill: +5% to shield and armor health per level
-Caldari Marauder Skill: +3% shield resistance to Hybrid-Blaster Damage per level
-Gallente Marauder Skill: +3% Armor resistance to hybrid-Railgun Damage per level
Logi Dropship Sturdy support vehicle for Heavy Vehicles
-Logi Dropship Skill: 50% to remote armor reper and remote shield booster range per level
-Caldari Logi Dropship Skill: 5% to remote shield booster efficiency per level
-Gallente Logi Dropship Skill: 5% to remote armor reper efficiency per level
Logi LAV Sturdy support vehicle for infantry.
-Logi LAV skill: +5% to Active module duration per level
-Caldari Logi LAV skill: +5% to active ammo despiser range per skill level.
-Gallente Logi LAV skill: +5% to active scanner range per skill level (again please don't kill me)
Scout LAV Mobile hit and run light vehicle
-Scout LAV skill: +2% to fuel injector and overdrive unite efficiency per skill level
-Caldari Scout LAV skill: +5% to small railgun damage and -5% to small railgun heat buildup per level
-Gallente Scout LAV skill: +5% to small baster damage and -5% to small blaster heat buildup per level
Second Finnish racial parity for Heavy Weapons, vehicles, and vehicle turrets (your going to need the models for legion just give them to us as well)
And Finally Third New mega terrine and Minnmitar/Amard building sockets (give us the basics then fill them out for legion.)
