Crimson, the game is dead, I squaded up with G pretty often as soon as he lightened up to me leaving Psygod9. We are due to a full respec, unlimited cap, 5x SP rate, 99% off all AUR purchases. |

No offense, but CCP lied to all of us when Rouge got on stage for the DUST 514 keynote and talked solely about a different game. I have more faith in Bernie Maddof that CCP right now.

Explain to me how that was lying.
I assume you're going to say that because they talked about Legion while the keynote was labeled Dust, they were lying to us.
If so, you're just being childish. What that was was an incredible stupid way of unveiling a side project they'd been working on that made it look like they had dumped Dust entirely for it.
If you watch the recordings from FanFest, read the interviews and DevBlogs from after FanFest, you'll see that the project hasn't even been given the green light by the company's CEO, so it may not even be continued.
Drop the rage and start thinking like a mature, rational adult. Yes, they ****** up big time, but this is not some kind of conspiracy cooked up to farm us for money and then throw us away. Companies exist to remain in business, right? That's not how you remain in business.
If you would laugh at a person who tried to convince you that the Illuminati had driven all of human progression for the last 500 years and waved a tabloid in your face as proof, why are you spouting the same level of tripe about the Legion reveal?

Except they put on the website and in the mailing advertisements for a sale on the Origin packs so you could use them in the event to get extra sp, that was on the 30th. Three days later they announce they are looking at making a game Dust 2.0 sorry, "Project Legion" and Dust won't have any major updates, but they will see if they can throw some minor ones our way if they can port them from Legion.
For a lobby shooter aspiring to be an mmofps, announcing that there will be no major development after hyping fanfest and the origin pack event/sale is like Dice announcing that right after Dice has hyped a new game changing dlc for BF4 that all public bf4 servers they and EA are going to be shut down. "Sure, we know that it is expected that AAA shooters like this run for about two years before the next installment,* and we promised a new dlc that we got a lot of you to buy; and also that public servers nowadays are both expected and are a key part of the game for most of it's life. But nothing in the license says that we have to run the game for even a year, so too bad, so sad."
It frankly doesn't matter whether or not it was a conspiracy or just the right and left hands being so stupid that they couldn't be bothered to see what the other is doing, anyone who bought stuff in the excitement before Fanfest** got blatantly farmed for cash.
* BF3 from launch until BF4 launch date was two years and four days exactly.
