As for you cheating most likely not unless you found a way ot acutally pernamently cloak and make yoru cloak invisible without shimmer or red dots reticules. Your stats for that match were perfectly reasonable for a skilled and/or lucky player to achieve in a match, but equally reasonable for a cheating player to get by exploiting glitches in the game or actually cheating. I don't know of any real ways to cheat that would help except if you have a cloak and exploit the permanent invisibility and/or no-shimmer sprinting glitches. You claim not to have been a cloaker, so I'm inclined to think you didn't cheat. But it's entirely possible someone's found a way to hack the game, or there's some kind of glitch which lets a player avoid rendering and effectively be cloaked without equipping the item, or that you lied about the cloak to make it sound like you're not cheating. So, I don't know. DID you cheat?

The network architecture was designed to support EVE Online. A point and click Spreadsheet in Spaaace that is used by those with no actual life to stab each other in the back and new players are the best victims. Scamming, Ganking, thuggery and thieving do not require low latency although FPS games do. Many have trouble understanding how the bad design and poor implementation will effect them. They do, nearly every time you play. Lag is designed in and is difficult to overcome. Players with poor interconnects will lose more often than not. In addition many believe that their own abilities are near god like, or the game should assign such to them only, so opposing forces that beat them Must Be Cheating. The more uppercase words in the message the lower the IQ of the sender. So, ignore the idiot, responding just encourages the low life because they think they got through to you. Or better yet, publish the name of the twit. Then many on the forums can hunt them down whenever they see the miscreant in game. Another day, another Shiv, welcome to New Eden. And so it goes.
