He's simply saying what you want to hear. Never forget that the exact same team behind this game is now making Dust 2. They are repeating the exact same promises and 'visions' that they sold us with Dust. They already proved they can't deliver, so they are slowly phasing Dust out and trying to sweep it under the rug. By all means, play legion. Do not pay for 'visions' or 'laser focus.' Pay for finished and working content only. Rouge isn't sure how he plans to transfer anything, so it's yet another empty promise.
