Is very telling sony t you think,
I mean, they know whats happening on the forums undoubtedly but what gets me is the lack of response from anyone, just locking post and threads.

They are hoping that staying quiet until the rage dies down will work.
What they fail to realise is the community wants answers, staying silent is just gonna **** us off more.
From someone who used to think CCP were ok and trustworthy I have this to say:
Man up CCP. Get your arse in these forums and tell us why you thought we would be ok with this. Tell us why it is acceptable to take our money under false pretenses. Tell us why you felt it neccessary to lie to us for months, give us false hope for a game you had already condemned.
Better yet, get Rouge on here. This whole fiasco has EA written all over it. |

you know what that means, right? It's up to us to make sure the entire Dust community is aware of what happened. If CCP isn't going to do anything than that leaves us the unpleasant responsibility.
We should go on local chat and talk to as many people as possible on what happened. We'll have to do it in a calm manner, without getting angry or resorting to hyperbole. But we can't in good conscience let newcomers be tricked into spending real money until we hear from CCP.
CCP, it is your responsibility to convince us that this is still a game worth investing in. So far I am not convinced.

I hate to say it but the community is not going to get closure on this one. From what I have seen, CCP typically hides instead of explaining things to people or admitting that they are wrong.

They are currently deciding what to say and how to say it.
They know what they have done - for better/ worse.
Now they choose how to proceed. Treading carefully.
They have were honest at fanfest. They definitely pulled 0 punches.

Absolutely they are lies, the demo they had going, must have been worked for at least that long.
AT LEAST A YEAR!.
