I was just now really starting to have fun with this game. I went from the battle scarred and weary Min Logi with nothing but nanohives and a needle, to a vengeance-fueled Amarr Sentinel with almost all my heavy weapon skills maxed.
I spent about 8 months making a name for myself on this game. I wallowed in the shadow of proto stompers until finally I became a force to be feared even with militia gear on.
But I do not have the time or money to be a PC gamer. So I will stay on Dust PS3, for as long as fate allows it.
CCP, you have made a novice move. This is not how you make a name for yourself in the video game industry. Your company was just beginning to emerge in the timeless rivalry between Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft. Now you are showing your true cowardly nature by not wanting to expand your company into the REAL gaming industry. I hope you reconsider. I hope I see Dust on the PS4 someday.
The mighty bamboo x will be the last PS3 Dust merc standing. I refuse to let all my hard work on this game be in vain.
I haven't touched tobacco in 2 months but this is driving me to buy a pack. Be back later.

People are overly emotional about all this. To a childish degree.
You're a moron. Nintendo invented the video game industry, and to this day is still a corporate giant to be feared and respected by any who market video games.
Sony is catching up to them. I feel Sony has the most potential to overthrow Nintendo. And a developer that had a good name with Sony, packing up and leaving?
It's a foolish move. It's only going to lose CCP money. They are apparently too cowardly to expand their company and produce games for the console market.
If you think the PC gaming market is a separate thing from the console market and doesn't need to be weighed against it, you have another thing coming.
In fact, cell phone app games are outselling console games in this day and age. The video game industry is changing, and those who do not change with it will be left behind like Sega and Atari were.
