So after CCP screwed the pooch on dust, I've pretty much given up on this game. I and many of you spent two years building our characters with probably literal blood, sweat and definitely tears, only to have them screw not only the pooch, but us as well, not even a courteous reacharound was given.
My plans are as follows, I'm going sit in my room, crying and complaining, then I'm going to get my special underwear, surf PSN for any anime games they have (been looking at record of Agarest war and the Atelier series), then continue to attempt to get a hold of my liquor stash, find the most adorable anime I can possibly find (I don't mean like those ones where the girl cops an attitude every time the man flinches, I'm talking really adorable), and watch the heck out of that.
It hasn't been a fun ride, but I've to think of some of you as friends, and hope that just because this game went to hell doesn't mean we won't have to stop hanging out.
Anyway, o7, Fuck CCP, and have a good life.

Rogatien Merc wrote:just created a steam account. what should i play on my crappy laptop? Well, if you're into sort of older games, not necessarily retro, I'd recommend Septerra Core. It was made around 1999, I think, so it's graphics are a bit dated. The characters are a little bland, but other than that, it's a great story and a game I feel didn't get enough justice.
I realize what I'm going to recommend next is a little past its prime, but getting Skyrim would be a good choice, but only for PC, you can mod the crap out of it that way, if you need recommendations, I can throw you a few mods if you like.
