No, in one of the presentations they said they were thinking about moving it to more of a subscription based game where it could be f2p by buying in game time from other players with in game money like eve, and that's what I'm placing my money on to be quite honest.

If I was a betting man it's most likely going to be F2P w/ micro-transactions, and hopefully not with content paywalls(I hate those soo much). Charging a subscription for an FPS, and not a well received one at that, would pretty much be reserving a first class cabin on the fail boat. CCP, If you seriously considering charging a subscription please reconsider there have been many who've tried only to shutter their doors after a few months and a few reopen as F2P games.
