90 Day Refunds for false advertisement of services.
No joke - just listened to someone on speakerphone get over $100 refunded.
At this point the PSN operators already know what's up after tons of calls all day.

I don't know... If this gets around they could lose 50% or more of their entire income from Dust from the last 3 months... That's a significant chunk of change. Either way, it's the correct response given CCP's bait and switch tactics. (I'd be asking CCP for a refund on my plane tickets to Iceland had I gone to fanfest.) What a farce.

Live chat as in text chat through their website? No idea if that will work - I only know for sure that the phone operators are giving refunds. You may have to (politely) ask for a supervisor, but I think enough people have been calling today that they will know what's up and just issue a refund for the last 90 days.

CCP Support for Dust has ceased.
In fact, it has been on a skeleton crew for at least four months. They have continued to sell and promote as if Dust is (and will continue being) a supported game. This is just not the case. Anyone who has been purchasing aurum with the intent of supporting a game they enjoy has been defrauded. I was purchasing aurum influenced by the CCP statements at fan-fest like, "We are laser-focused on playstation 3 development" and further integration with the Eve universe. This is clearly no longer a goal of CCP. The problem, however, is that CCP continued to act as if this was the case while they shifted resources to create a game on a different platform.
When people purchase aurum, they are doing so as a long-term investment in what they consider to be a long-term game. This game is not long-term anymore, it's just a lobby shooter on it's death bed. CCP should have made their reduction in support and desire to transfer to a different system clear from day one - taking money under knowingly false conditions is tantamount to fraud.
