Unfortunately you can only get back purchases made in the last 90 days, but it's something at least. I do agree though that it's up to us to spread the word, since CCP is definitely going to try and downplay this. I guarantee we will see more booster sales in the near future, and it's our responsibility to help inform would be customers about any potential purchases they might make. People did research. the game was sold as a persistent shooter. 10 year plan yada yada. Looking at the player count, Some people should have known it wasn't going to last that long, 9k was the most? Hasn't gone over 5-6k since and averages at 2-3k... But hey i feel for those who spend their money and don't get ** out of it i really do , I remember i spent money on a game once and for some reason they banned me a week later(LOL) Hopefully the people who spent their money can get it back, but if not well * rough, everything you go through is an experience, don't let ** happen again. Hopefully we all look back and laugh at this.... We probably won't.

Illuminate and Ghosts are out there PVE was never really "announced". It was talked about without ever being official, really. More hinted at. Maybe, at some point, this could, somehow, maybe, happen. Possibly. We saw pictures of drones... but we saw pictures of lots of stuff that never materialized.

CCP has stated that there will be no more meaningful content releases for DUST 514, All of this is lost, and there isn't really any point to playing DUST besides to waste away all of your Prototype & Officer Gear (which you'll never be able to trade btw).
