Planetside 2 is great, it's already a better version of Dust. You won't be disappointed, try on PC if it's capable.

I suggest waiting for it to go free to play. It's more PVE Co op Than PVP it's a fun game if you can overlook the bugs like Dust. Trion is still supporting the game with hotfixes and patches they are not giving up on the PS3.

I won't get into the Xbox vs. PS models but I paid $35 back in August and got for free: Dragon's Dogma Batman Tomb Raider (from SE) Remember Me Bioshock Infinite Borderlands 2 Yes I have to renew my $50 sub to play these games again a year later if I choose to play them (or buy them outright) by $35 and getting this for 6 months, my Steam account is pretty much dead as a result. If I had started earlier like last June I could've gotten XCOM and I wouldn't have given a sh*t if it was on a console; I paid $30 on steam for it and pretty annoyed that the PS Plus is a better deal. Whether programming was an issue for CCP and the lack of experience in it was too much of a challenge, the fact is that goodwill is something CCP can't recover from a lot of players. Even if Legion follows a similar model like Dust, you still loose something in the financial and customer base. It's not like Sony trapped CCP, CCP selected them.
