Kane, thanks for representing the community. As a representative you should have told us what was coming. All this Aurum bought for this and that recently. You knew what was coming. I understand you have a NDA but you know what? Sometimes a person just has to stand up for what is right. Letting your friends in-game and just the community in general spend money to a game that was under the guillotine shows what kind of spineless, CCP ball sucker you are.
Sometimes a man should just do what is right, not what a NDA says. And yes, I understand what a NDA is and know they can sue. They can't get blood from a turnip you know!
DNSBlack, again, I was truly amazed at the level of ignorance you were able to reach in the podcast I listened to. As far as seeing you on the CPM-9 or whatever it is called. It would take a roster of morons to vote you in. Seriously dude. Take your meds, stick to shooting your rocks and get the hell out of MH. Our business should be done with you.

you don't quite understand son, so let me explain it to you.
Kane knew there was new game coming, he can say what he wants, but he knew. The NDA prevented him from saying so. He didn't have to go into details but he could have warned everyone not to purchase anything else. THAT is how you protect your community, THAT is how take care of people you claim to care for.
He positioned himself with DNS for the future and took us all along with him. If you believe anything other than that, then you sir are the dumbass.

There yo go. Beers is his BFF and even said Kane knew, he was just tied by the NDA which i would have broken. All they can do is sue you. They are in Iceland. I would have told them to come get it. See you in court.

Pay them, of course not. Help? Of course. The money he would have saved people would have more than covered those costs. I am trying to see how an NDA in Iceland could be held up in a court in the US. I'll do some checking.

Its the silence for 6 months and the fact ccp didn't say if we could transfer toons. That said CCP Rouge comes from EA PC F2p business model. Remember there are so many more pc f2p players in the world than ps3/ps4 combined. There was no doubt what was going to happen. I think you should be mad at ccp not kain because there was nothing he could do.

What makes me ill with Kain is; he is the most outspoken of all the CSM's and believe it or not, one of if not THE most respected. I understand an NDA having signed SEVERAL of them myself working on government contracts overseas, Congressional hearing investigations (See Halliburton/KBR electrical deaths) and several others. But, with that being said, this is a video game. Yes he signed an NDA, got it! Create an alt character, website, Skype name and pass the word. They have to PROVE it was him that passed the info out. Do you have any idea how hard that would be to do? He says he is there for community, right? If he really wanted to be there for us(the community) and knew (which he did) that the game was leaving PS3 spill the beans. **** those Icelandic fucks. Saving us all REAL LIFE money is much more important than anything else I can think of.

Yeah, long story very short. Two of the deaths in which military personnel died happened on the camp I was managing on behalf of Halliburton/KEQ. Another one happened at a camp that I had left a couple of months prior. Lawyers, lawyers and more lawyers. Plausible Deniability was a term I learned about very quickly. That and we were not responsible for them.
