If you are actually interested in trying to get a refund you have to contact Sony as all purchases were made through PSN. Don't be a ****, present your case, and cross your fingers they are feeling merciful. |

I've only spent about $15, but the more of us that pester PSN the more likely they are to **** CCP in a court.

i would like to request a refund of all my purchases for dust514 and to be put back into my playstation wallet please, i just saw the fanfest for dust514 and although they are saying dust and legion are 2 different games the game is a port or dust514 to pc and i feel i have wasted 2 years of my life basically beta testing a game for them to port it to the pc.this company's image reflects on sony and makes sony look bad for supporting CCP. i am very very disappointed with CCP as a gaming company and i will never ever ever support them, i will be deleting dust from my system later today
i know you cant refund any purchase on to my credit card but i would be happy if you could refund it to my wallet so i can atleast use that money to buy other products from your store

I will be very pissed if I won't be able to transfer my progress (or at least AURUM spent) to PC version. Dust was the major reason I purchased ps3 in the first place. Very, very disappointed. |

Luckily I didn't spend very much (around 30 if I remember correctly, and I truly enjoyed PS3 exclusives) since I knew CCP will do something like that eventually when they introduced AUR dropsuits long ago, but the fanboys kept shouting about future greatness. I can feel the pain of guys who supported this **** though, especially with the recent save of omega boosters, when they knew dust is dying. In case there will be no transfer and/or reimbursement CCP will need to work hard in order to get another dime out of me (that includes EVE as well) |

I doubt after this PR disaster anyone will either put time or money Into another CCP product, I even think they will lose eve players due to this cause I would get off the CCP train if I heard they done this to a game on any platform ( give them a game, then let them iron out all the bugs, don't provide for all the promises like pve, new vehicles, drop suits and maps then switch platform after extorting every bit of money from their customers with events )
