C'mon now, this "pile of junk" was an effort of the console community as well. You act as if they developed this totally without our input.
Let's try to be mature here because the immaturity levels that has risen is completly boring and annoying.
We brought this game to this point. Nerfed and buffed till we couldn't no more. People spat at CCP, talking to them like they were slaves, bitched about mostly every update and now folks are even pissed about these news

You all do realise that Legion isn't even a game yet, right?
It's a prototype.
It's less developed that Valkyrie and that is "pre-alpha"
CCP showed it off to get early impressions, that's it.
Asking if anyone is going to play it is akin to asking if you're going to see a movie that nothing but speculation to be in production and not slated for (possible) release until 2018

I will, it's the only way for Dust to exist as I hoped it would. The PS3 game was disappointing beyond my lowest expectations. At least now it has a chance.

It's actually pretty clear that CCP is replacing Dust 514 with Legion, and they said that they've been working on Legion for a few months. And what they showed was pretty cool, if they can do that in a few months then there is nothing stopping them from making Legion what Dust 514 was suppose to be.

Sure I will. But it is not even a guarantee that we will be able to transfer anything over to Legion. Literally two years of my life will be wasted if they do not let me have a head start against any of the new PC players.

The whole reason Dust was attractive to me is because it is on console. I don't actually have room in my house to set up another PC and the only one I have is used 100% of the time for my fiancee's business.
If I can get everything from dust to Legion, I might consider it when I have the room, maybe. |

My laptop is more powerful than that lol and the guy who said he can't afford one, wait to see the minimum spec for eve legion, then get a PC slightly better than that and you could probably run it on medium settings. Best just buying a beast that's good for the next ten years regardless though so get saving.

Eh, your loss then. In my opinion, no gamer should limit themselves like that. Financially I can understand, but on principle? It's insane to me, it sounds idiotic. You miss out on so much for nothing. |
