Well i do believe with the announcement of Legion, CCP has admitted to not sustaining a continually growing FPS that interacts with EvE online. This breaking of contractual obligument by CCP is ground for person's who have paid for a game to sustain the growth of the game on a SONY platform to ask for their money back. Also, if so necessary, they may ask for compensation for their time wasted in this same game, which for many is well over 1000 manhours.

Doing that will require a large amount of people willing to sign on, and often involves many or all of them sharing or somehow splitting the legal fees, plus a judge has to approve it. When it comes to time compensation, this would be a little more difficult in this scenario as the courts would view this as something which was not mandatory and an activity of enjoyment. It's not like it would be someone suing for something that was essential, such as insurance or banking which did not adhere to contracts. If anything, people would only be able to gain partial or total refunds.
