I think you missed the dev blog which is saying they are splitting the team to continue the support for dust but focus on EVE Legion to make the game they really wanted.

I'd say that's a glaring indicator. EDIT: Oh and right there: "most of it's Legion". They didn't say that they didn't do anything for Dust 514 on the PS3. Although as of right now Im kinda :\| Why would CCP present Leagion in a Dust keynote = ????? That is a very good question which why I think they missed their chance to address it in the final 20 minutes of the 1 hour keynote they had.
