The only thing Dust had going for it was potential and longevity. People put up with the bugs snd glitches and bad mechanics because of what it could be and what CCP led us to believe was their intent. People suffered the long grinding because they believed they were laying down a foundation for the future, CCP encouraged this thinking. Then they say screw you guys, this was always just a recruitment tool for Eve and beta testing for a game we might develop in the future. You think people shouldn't be angry? You think people shouldn't feel CCP deceived us?
I understand games have a limited life, look at my corp. tag, but CCP promised us something different, which is why so many invested so heavily emotionally and in time on this game. It was a false promise.

Jesus Christ I lost a lot of respect with you IWS and CCP, now you're just like every other "AAA developer", Cons. Maybe because he has to abide by something called an NDA? You know, a legal contract that could actually spell way more trouble for him than a bunch of butthurt nerds on a forum?
And that is why he defends CCP's handling of this now?

Why do you exist? you are ******* useless I knew the day would eventually come where we actually agreed 100 percent. IWS You have been nothing but a source for player bitterness since the start. You should hang your head in shame. I rather take the flak for the rest of the CPM than to other people wrongly throw them under the bus for doing their job. If you don't like me, fine. Just know it results in nothing gained anywhere. Being angry at me doesn't fix anything. Being reasonable with everyone in the community gets far more done.
I've done an informal poll of the community and they are heating up the tar and plucking the feathers for you. Congratulations, this is the first time I have seen a consensus on the forums in the entire time I've been here.
