I'm assuming you mean on PS4,,, as well as character migration from your PS3 account....

I think it will move to PS4 once it's in a state where PSN will accept it as ready. My theory for now is that they're releasing it on PC first so that they can basically monetize it while working toward is being ready for Sony to review. Then, when it's "finished", Dust chars will be copied over into PS4 Legion and we'll download a new client.
Call me optimistic :p |
