Most of the time there is at least one organized squad and it gives you experience fighting against good players. Once you start getting better gear, learn the game, and can think like they think you'll be good. Most of the time if I'm solo I can get around 20 kills and 2 or 3 deaths. Not every match is a complete crush. Probably every other match the my entire team is MLT and the enemy team is MLT, too. Newberries have time to explore and practice. 1, 2) SP comes no matter what, literally. Once I was just running around the map doing parkour, and still received 6,000 SP. Every game mode will have organized squads playing on them, some may be good, and some may be bad. No matter what you do, you'll have to adapt to it or you'll just be crushed. For newberries this may be getting killed 20 times in one match, and getting 1 assist. They have to grow their skills one way or another, and currently our 'Academy' and 'Tutorial' systems obviously aren't doing it, so they need to do it while fighting 6 man squads, unfortunately.
