I know, I know... People are playing because of the SP event, and fanfest, as as usual CCP's game can't take more than a few thousand players on its server, because they never meant the game to be well known or played.

But, honestly. I think its 100% right for CCP to refund ISK and AURUM for anything loss due to their lack competence.

You'll have to provide the amount of Isk lost and when the incidents happened, I had to at least. Tank fell through the map, submitted a ticket, was then asked to provide details, provided details, got my Isk back. Keep in mind the ticket process isn't exactly super speedy. Expect it to take a few days. Yeah... no. I've been randomly ejected from my ADS multiple times... messaged CCP multiple times, "no record of it" CCP doesn't care. They hardly play the game themselves, much less use vehicles. Director of G0DS Tanker, Logi, Heavy, and Scout... at your service!
