When I return I shall bring my own **** storm!
That may be because of the curry I ate, though. Nasty business downstairs.

It should mean you want them to grow and constantly expand and getting better. What kind of loyalty are you claiming to have if your corp is stagnant? I call BS on 'loyalty'. If your corp is stagnant - that's how loyal your members are, that's how much they care. That is not the kind of corp you want to be in.
Not everyone has the same ideals as 'PC domination, relevance, competition'. Don't get me wrong, I do. But I know a good majority of my veteran and talented corp-mates couldn't care less for PC. Loyalty to them is having fun with the clan... nothing stagnant there.

Casuals don't have a stake in this game and are only here to enjoy each other. I am speaking of you war room posters and PC players - wtf are you doing?!
Sticking with my brothers and sisters because I love them :)

Lmao, no offence Sota but you could not, and I doubt many others could run the corporation like myself, my CEO and the other ranking officers do with the help of our officers. It takes a lot more than just in-game crap with us, 843 is a network across multiple games. Truth is our corporation is more systematic, structured and solid than most corps out there, including every one of you in DNS (probably), if we weren't then we'd be dead on the sidewalk from lack of activity, but we boom with activity just as a PC active corp does. We do not need to be 'taken in'. We are not suffering any problem that needs nurturing.
And I do truly mean no offence, but I believe people underestimate corporations in our position. We run a website that is the only successful corporation website I've ever seen for Dust. Buzzing with forums, chats, polls, strategies, all that good stuff. Why do you think you don't see Burgezz on these forums? There is more to our kind of corporation than meets the eye!
Point is not everyone has the same ideals, and loyalty does not just mean you stick through the good times, you stick through the bad times too. I am not currently in charge of PC or competition in our corporation, nor have I been for a long time, but I when I return soon I hope to up the ante for Burgezz, as there is a lot of potential in here and it does frustrate me sometimes that we are not as active as we can be, so I agree with you there, there isn't a lot of reason why we could not move up.

Awesome, you have a multi-gaming community. That means when you log off dust you can go enjoy them. But while you're here playing dust come with us. That doesn't make you guys any less then what you are now. You'll just be a part of a bigger team. You'll still have your website and who you are as a community. Bring that to the table and show me what it can do. Or not, I'd rather you grow up yourself, honestly. More leaders in this game, the better. But if you're not being used, let me use you.
Your position as more active in PC does not grant you any extra knowledge, leverage, power, or worthiness to 'Use' me or my corp. Why don't I use you instead? You'd do good for an 843 recruitment drive. Sound good?
If you want to hire me, you can. 1.5 million ISK, win or lose.
I'm not being held back, as it might seem. I know a lot of people would want me to utilise me for battles, and I could be anywhere anyone would want in Dust. If I was going to bought out or used for my talent I would have left and joined an elite corp a long time ago. There is a lack of soul within corporations who 'thrive' in PC, a severe lack of soul. I hope hvLP breaks that chain. Do not let your corporation become reliant on competition, it will be wholly stressful and unsatisfying. I've been running clans for about 7(ish) years now, I've been in and ran every type of clan, too. And I'm not tooting my own horn, but the point to illustrate is that there has to be a happy medium between competition and community. Too many corps have a sever lack of one and too much of the other. We have a lack of competition (on Dust) right now, true.

I've been running clans for about 7(ish) years now, I haven't got much more room to grow It's sad to hear this, man. :( Are you growing that corp up? Do you need recruits to train? What's the deal with you guys? Why do you seem in stasis when you yourself are such a strong leader that I even wouldn't mind following?
I have less power than people assume. Whereas I'm not resentful of this, I do not always have the time and the resources to do things the way I want to. We've had many golden opportunities, and failures on our part have lead to poor execution (or none at all). I do want to progress Burgezz in a different way from usual. We don't want to breach our core values, as stated many veterans have no interest in the politics or competitive side of Dust, we're a mixed bunch. And I'm proud of the loyalty of our true members, also. Like Bob.
I totally understand your mercenary way of playing, and I agree that if players aren't happy with where they are they should simply not be there. But 843 means too much to me to give up, I cannot guarantee that I can raise us to victory, but I will sink with this ship if I cannot make it float
