Why do people feel they absolutely HAVE to cap during events? No it can't be done. If someone does, I pity them.
This is obviously an "uncapped" event regarding the bonus SP from kills, just for something a little extra on top of 2xWP. Why they put the limit there, not a clue.
Just play what you can and enjoy the bloody game. Believe it or not, SP isn't everything.

Its fixed now. 250 SP/kill with regular suits, 400 with origin suits.

These events are getting stagnant, really their is no point to events anymore.
What Dev is in charge of events...I think it's high time we find somebody more creative. |

This event annoys me too, I spent a ton of money in the onset of Dust 514 for passive boosters and because I figured at some point it would become Eve Online with a planet side twist, but a year later it's still World of Tanks with an Eve twist. I run a corp on Dust and on Eve that used to be the same corp. Combined with family and college I don't have time to cap out in Dust and they gutted my passive SP early on.
I'm not spending anymore money on Dust 514 until I see some real sandbox and a good in-game reason to spend money.
P.S. Pay-to-Win is not that reason. I am actually OK with subscription based MMO's especially if they offer the infinite content that Eve Online does. |

That isn't fixed.
One kill every 5 minutes with no rest for an entire week is not fixed.
The fact that only ~500 people out of 30-40k+ people will cap out is not fixed.

Well after playing this event a little bit I must say:
Congrats CCP, you have thrown everyhting you learned from previous events like the commando/sidearm and heavy events and thrown it out the window.
This grindy (you need 260+ kills per day...) event is actually making me hate dust. It has brought out all of the FotM iWIN d-ckheads. GJ.

Wasn't CCP Cmdr Wang the man with the plan when it came to events, he's gone now, i could be wrong.
Don't know who replaced him, although grindy i certainly don't mind 250 wp a kill. And i'm certainly not going to be mad about it.
Also, i would have liked a 10 year fanfest commemorative dropsuit. A bright green one...
