Their offensive ability advantage relies on getting really close now... Otherwise every other class has an advantage over them... People are still taking their cloak placebo pills. Not seeing that CCP took away all the red chevrons from them and after not being able to see where all the red things are they blame scouts and cloaks.

Well, to make Amarr's bonus actually decent, stamina nerf for every other Scout . As for it not being a "scout", the only actual scout is really the Gal Scout, as it's the only one that can easily almost ensure stealthiness (as it should be). The rest don't have that greatness (because they ain't Gallente. Don't hate :D), so they would cover other roles.
