Ok i have the Basic light frame a-1,im using it to get ready for a armarr scout

I've had more success running an Amarr scout with plates and a scrambler rifle than anything. Scouts could run as an alt assault before the cloak. The cloak does not invalidate that.
If any scout should be a fast assault it should be Amarr.
Lose the crutch and do your job, which is scout. First in, identify targets, flank, distract, reduce numbers.
Enough of this shotgun assassin crap.
Amarr with ScR best marksman in game.
I dont use shotguns i use a Cr with a Min scout cloak nova knives re 2 damps :)

It shouldve got a SCp damage bonuse liek the Nk on the Minscout
