What powers them?
Is it magic?
Is it some sort of super-tech?
Is it a hole in space-time?
Maybe it's graphene. That sounds about right, at least for me. I'm wondering why our suits have such little power availability when the use of graphene would probably be widely used in the future. Not only is it 1 (one) atom thick, but by making layers upon layers of it (it's as strong as steel), one can effectively make an ultra capacitor and give our suits a near limitless supply of power, unless battery. But even then, a graphene powered suit would last a really long time and still have a lot of power available. CCP needs to into some lore, unless it exists and I'm just ranting about how our suits are made of paper and have like, no power.
On that note: Has anyone contemplated how fucking fast a graphene-CPU would be?  It is sort of like the God Send of power-storage, data storage, and light-weight alloy shite. I mean, come on. It's as tough as steel and it looks like gray paper stuff. LET'S GET TO IT.
Dropships need a buff. This way they can stop derping everywhere . ;_;

They feed us clones Beans & it provides power for the suits only downside is, it creates problems when using a cloak module. |

I looked at the amarr assault discription. It would seem that amarr dropsuits are powered by a symbiotic relationship with the wearer.
Diferent races, diferent power sources.
I'd say walk in my shoes for a day, but you probably still won't understand.
