Squads are the key. New players don't know that.
There should be a check-box when you are selecting Public Contracts: Auto-Squad: Which can be checked ON or OFF. (DEFAULT ON).
The game will go through everyone who has the box checked and start filling up squads. Anti social players can turn it off immediately and never worry about it again.
New players will be able to communicate with people right off the bat, get better at the game, and over all have a better time, growing the player base.
its a win-win-win. Make it happen CCP

I certainly didn't know, when I started, just how important it is to squad up. It was very obvious how much better it was when I actually started squading up. We need this for the newberries, and those of us who are tired of typing lfs and searching through squad finder. |

It used to automatically throw you in a squad. I'm not sure why they changed it.

I like this idea, because it is an option, it does not remove the choice from people, and it gives people the chance to random squad. I have met some nice folks random squading. Also met some realGǪ ahemGǪ well some people just need ignoring.

I was going to say this is great as long as you can block certain people to prevent squadding with them once you realize just how "nice" they are. |

I wanted to suggest this months ago, but CCP never listens to any idea that i proves basic gameplay.
