rename stamina to capacitor
1. it makes more sense considering we use servos to move our suits, not necessarily our own muscles
2. opens up the ability to have equipment and/or weapons that use up capacitor as a form of balancing factor
3. precedent in eve

this could pave the way to allow active infantry modules, that dont get insta broke by running 5 and cycling the timers

I'm not sure what you meant by that last part. But yes, our suits are wuite heavy. We have physical enhancements in our suits, and we are still slow moving in our suit suits without the help of the servos. Heavy suits probably wouldn't move.

i meant on the last part we are more dependent on the motors to sprint compared to just walking
