I wish that the upcoming Minmatar precision rifle shoots explosive rounds (but no splash), and does full damage to vehicles; would make a good anti-tank rifle.

Oh yeah those gallante knives are gonna be sweet, just replace that stupid range bonus. Caldari scouts already took it and its no point having two scouts that have the same thing.

I have an identity crisis when it comes to Amarr/Minmatar.
But it's okay, I don't like the Caldari just like you don't like the Amarr. At least we can agree that the Caldari tech is getting old :/

Not to mention that Minmatar have 2(3)equipments and grenades. OH and at the very least 4(5)* of your items are of varing degrees effective as AV versus zero for the amarr.

How about light weapons?
Combat rifle has ~ 30% more DPS, highest sustained DPS, best damage profiel, easiest fit.
Mass Driver is a great AOE weapon (really the only one... lol PLC)

HMG >> well it is the best heavy weapon right now.
yeah I would say that aside from sidearms, the minmatar are either in a good spot or pretty overpowered (looking at you combat rifle)
